Who Attends: Attendees typically include CWSF and WFLC members and partners.

Registration Fee: An early-bird registration fee of $499 will be available until March 29, 2019, after which the registration fee will be $549.

Registration Deadline: The registration deadline for all attendees is April 26, 2019. You may register here. 

Registration Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your registration, you may do so and receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee, for cancellations made by May 3, 2019. Refunds for registration cancellations made after May 3, 2019 are not possible. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual - a $25 processing fee will be applied to transfer a registration from one person to another.

Lodging: A hotel block has been arranged at Harveys Lake Tahoe with rooms available at the government per diem rate of $72/night. This rate is inclusive of a $13/night required resort fee in addition to a $59/night room charge. The room block has a firm deadline of April 15, 2019, so please be sure to reserve your room before April 22. Reserve online here. Please note that all meeting attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
