CAL FIRE says human error is to blame for two small vegetation fires that broke out near Lake Nacimiento and Nipomo this weekend, and they're warning others to not make the same mistake.

The fires were sparked by controlled burns that got out of control. CAL FIRE says, with all the lush green grass now turning brown, now is the time to have a plan because fire season is almost here.
