Medford Ore. — Oregon Department of Forestry firefighters are returning home from fighting fires in North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee, including three firefighters from southwest Oregon.

According to ODF, firefighters from North Carolina helped fight Oregon wildfires in 2013, 2014, and 2015—and Oregonians were happy to return the favor.
