WHAT WE KNOW NOW: The Truckee River is leveling off in Reno. The river saw a slight dip early Monday in Sparks before rising again at 4:45 a.m.

Interstate 80 remains closed as of 6:30 a.m. from Colfax to the Nevada state line.
