CHEYENNE, W.Y. (KOTA TV) - The Wyoming State Forestry Division has kicked off an initiative to raise public awareness about the potential for transporting tree-killing insects and diseases in firewood.
This "Don't Move Firewood" effort is targeted at tourists, particularly the anticipated influx of visitors coming to Wyoming for the August 21 eclipse, many of whom will be campers from outside the state.
