The Ponderosa Pine Utilization Summit, held November 18-20, 2025, at the High Country Conference Center in Flagstaff, AZ, successfully brought together nearly 130 forestry leaders, industry professionals, researchers, land managers, policymakers, and other practitioners from across the western United States. Convened by the Council of Western State Foresters (CWSF) Forest Products Committee in collaboration with the Forest Stewards Guild and Hardigg Consulting, and made possible through a partnership with the USDA Forest Service, the Summit addressed critical barriers and opportunities in ponderosa pine utilization throughout the region.
